Excellent surgery who always makes time for my daughter. Doctors seem to really care for their patients

The care I’ve received from this GP practice has been brilliant. All of the staff are caring, thorough and will always try their absolute best to help if they can. As someone with a fairly serious condition, who has frequented the surgery a LOT over the last few years, I can say with certainty that in my experience they offer an excellent service to their patients. A special shout out to Alison, Natalie, Dr Pawley and the Pharmacy team who have all been exceptional.

I was looked after by a fantastic nurse Georgia whilst I was pregnant. She was absolutely brilliant. She went out of her way to fit appointments in so it worked with my childcare. She was so caring and kind. Her kindness was so appreciated. Thank you!

I have been a patient for many years. I have always had very good support, but especially during the last 18 months. The nursing staff have been brilliant in dressing an ulcer twice a week. Their patience, gentleness and consideration has been outstanding.

Dr Hill Have to say when my husband was sick in February with Covid. He went out of his way to home visit to deliver us antibiotics as my husbands condition was deteriorating. He explained at the doorway, what to look out for and to measure blood oxygen levels. If he had not done that, I do not know what would have happened, as that night it was 111 and ambulance to take him into Gloucestershire Royal. He deteriorated further and ended up on the CPAP machine , as he could hardly breathe. He was in hospital for 10 days. I Cannot fault this guy at all. THANK YOU DR HILL!!!

Don’t waste your time with female locum, was just subjected to 15 minutes of being spoken over at every opportunity, spoken to like a child and not one of my concerns for my child’s health especially mental health addressed or even acknowledged. Very frustrating, no compassion and inconsiderate. Can’t wait to get an appointment with Dr Purvis or Dr Hill who actually care about their patients
